I currently use Lime Telenet (Internet and phones) at home and work. The service is excellent. The response time for questions is usually same day. Honest, upfront and very informed. I would highly recommend for both home and office.

Great company very informative. Wireless internet is the best option but do to my lot having a lot of tree coverage this is not something that will work for me. However their staff took the time and explained everything to me as well as posted me to alternative providers I would have never thought of. If I ever move or they are able to provide me with another type of internet, Fiber optics maybe one day,. I will switch to them for sure. Thanks again for take the time even though you knew you weren't getting the sale. A+ customer service.

I have had nothing but good service from Lime. My husband can work online in his office, I can watch Netflix, my phone can be updating and never any issues. Sometimes if the weather is very, very bad the signal is interrupted, but overall it's been way more consistent than our TekSavvy and Cogego services used to be when we could have them with fewer outages, way lower cost, and nice fast signal. Definitely recommend.

Great service, there technical support staff is always willing to help even if it is just to advise you on your options. My parents have their services and they go out of their way to help them. They also saved them about $70 a month on their internet and phone bill. I also have friends who use their services for their business they were able to get them wireless internet when they were stuck on dsl and cut their bill in half. I have nothing but good things to say about their services. Oh their office in Amherstburg is mostly used for Technicians so if you are thinking about stopping in, give their sales team a call.

I have been a customer since April 2020. They have been extremely helpful setting me up with Internet (during a global pandemic) and answering / assisting with questions (even during weekend hours). I have not had an issue with my internet or any complaints with their customer service - all great!

I've had amazing experiences with Lime Internet. The price was fantastic. I had the air fibre and couldn't have been happier. Very minor downtime and any issues at all were resolved quickly. They would call me with updates and were very personal. It is very easily the best customer service I've experience in the communications world. I could not possibly speak any more highly of the team of people I've dealt with from Lime in my personal experiences.
